My Students

My students have special needs so each student is special and different in their own way. My students are so funny and have me laughing every day. They are so incredibly kind to each other. It warms my heart to see the love my students show others.

My students are hard-working and try their best at everything they do.

Even though they have special needs, they do not let that hinder them. They do everything students in general education would do. I truly feel I have some of the best kids in the school. It has been a privilege to be their teacher.

My Project

The Fire Tablets will help my students that cannot read. I plan to download ABC Mouse and other educational games. I will also buy books for my students to listen to. This will help with their reading comprehension. There are limited things I can do with them on a Chromebook.

I hope that a tablet can expand the avenues I can take.

I also added headphones because my students are always breaking or losing headphones. The ones that have are low quality and my kids need an upgrade. They can use the headphones with the tablets.

This will allow less distraction in the classroom.

Struggling students will often catch on to difficult topics through technology. The fire tablets will be a great addition to our classroom. My students will be excited to have a new way to learn!
