Learning With Technology

Help me give my students Ipads for greater learning opportunities within the classroom. We live in a world where technology is around us and we need to build successful members of our ever-changing society.

My Students

Our school is a K-5 school that works to provide rigorous academics for our students. Some of the best educators work within our doors and we strive to provide a safe learning environment for our students. Our school is comprised of many different learners that come from various backgrounds, but we don't let that stop us from making a difference in those students' lives.

The students in our class are thinkers, innovators, and unique individuals, they are our future, they push me to be the best possible educator I can be and to provide them with the best possible learning environment.

Our classrooms are full inclusion for the majority of our days, so we have various different learners in our classrooms. I have the opportunity to not only work directly with my class of fourth graders, but also the other two classes of fourth graders through our intervention and enrichment blocks.

My Project

My students need to keep up with the technology driven society that we currently live in. With technology being such a driving force, we are currently seeking all of the resources we can use. Technology definitely sparks the interests of young minds and the creation possibilities are endless with technology. We need two iPads to learn and create in this ever changing technology driven society!

These iPads will help spark the creativity in these young minds and teach them new skills that they can take with them throughout their entire life.

We are asking for two iPads to use in our classroom to make videos about books and for other presentations. We will also use them to make still movies and use a green screen to make our videos the best they can be! Students are so excited when they get to use a new technology device!
