Students today have become more active and yet we still expect them to sit in a classroom and learn for hours at a time. Students need to be taught how to use their activity levels to benefit their learning instead of being told that it is hindering their learning. Flexible seating will give students choice for their seating while also providing fun and beneficial tools to learning. Let's create a learning environment where students are excited to sit and listen to the instruction instead of dreading being at their desks. We are asking kids today to accomplish these amazing goals; however, we continue to restrict the environment in which they best learn. Why not give everything they need in order for them to be successful. Please help give these students their best learning environment yet!
