Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are such a fun and lovable group. My students come from varying ethnic backgrounds.

My students light up my world and remind me daily why I chose to become an educator.

I truly appreciate each one of my students. They teach me just as much as I teach them. My students have a variety of learning styles that are as varied as they are. My classroom is very diverse; therefore, having a variety of ways to learn is essential.

My Project

Our school was able to supply our teachers with brand new iPads. With the help of an Apple Pencil, I will be able to easily access various teaching tools, such as Jamboard, with ease. As we have transitioned back into the classroom, we are still incorporating digital tools we used during distance learning. Having an Apple Pencil will allow our class to use Jamboard more efficiently during a whole group setting. Our USB hub will also allow us to utilize our pointer. Our class computer has many devices plugged in and we have run out of space to use a pointer/clicker. The hub will enable us to save time in not having to unplug and plug in the pointer. We are also looking for innovative ways to reward table groups. Our rainbow caddy will give students a reward to look forward to as they work as a group to ensure their areas are clean, organized, and working cooperatively.
