This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are such a fun group full of energy! Not only do my students come from varying ethnic backgrounds, but also from different parts of the world! They enjoy being read to, doing math, and technology. They have been real troopers adjusting to face-to-face learning.

My students have faced many challenges this past year and are excited to learn and be at school.

I want to provide them with a positive and safe school experience by making sure we have what we need to make this school year successful.

My Project

By having a stylus pen, I will be able to interactively write on assignments on our class iPad. I will be able to present my screen to students and model lesson in real time by being able to write directly on the teaching materials. We will be able to easily work together on math problems and writing assignments, which help build my students’ confidence and benefit their social emotional well being. With the computer stand, I will have a small place to put our class iPad and make it accessible to my students without taking up to much space.

Having a stylus pen will make interactive lessons easier and more meaningful to my students.

I will not have to struggle trying to write using my computer mouse and my writing will be more legible for my first graders to read.
