Learning While Moving

Help me give my students balance ball chairs so they can focus on learning while still being able to get their wiggles out!

My Students

I am a Title I Reading teacher and I work with lots of amazing students! In most cases, I work with 4-6 students at a time. Each and everyone of these students learn in their own way.

I consider each and every student I work with one of my own while they are with me.

I try my best to teach them in a way they understand so that they can be successful and feel confident about themselves. I try my best to make their learning experience fun and memorable.

My Project

My students range for ages 5-9. It is hard for them to sit still and focus the entire 30 minutes they work with me. The students I work with range in ability. They also have a wide range of personalities.

Young students have lots of wiggles!

They are constantly moving and fidgeting. This movement can not only distract their learning but also the learning of their classmates.

With these balance ball chairs, my students would be able to get their wiggles out at the same time they are learning. They will hopefully cut down on distractions to themselves and others!
