Help me give my students a wonderful learning environment by providing specialized seating, calculators, and other tools for them to access school curriculum. This project supports our students, with unique learning needs, in a low-income community.
This project helps support four special education classrooms in a low-income community. Many of our students have unique learning needs, and benefit from unique ways to access the general education classroom. These items will support over 80 students across two learning specialist classrooms, a speech language therapist, and a social/emotional behavioral classroom.
These unique chairs are a wonderful tool for many students to fidget and stim while they complete their academic work.
For those who benefit from standing while working, the magnets go along way for students to complete work on the whiteboards. Unfortunately, our school is also limited on calculators and other learning tools. Getting a brand new set of calculators and timers will aid greatly in our student's overall learning.
