My Students

My school where I teach is a Title I school with middle to low income families. Over the last few years, many challenges have been presented at school to continue the education of these young learners. One thing that has been particularly difficult in is the sanitation of resources and in this project headphones. One opportunities I like to envision is providing each student the chance of an education that will help them attain a bright future full of possibilities. My students are bright and full of potential ready to push their own limits of learning to a level they have never before reached. I am excited to help them reach their greatest heights of learning.

My Project

I am requesting new head phones for my students. We are on our Chromebooks each day working on extensions, interventions, reviewing and solidifying activities. It would best serve the students to each have a nice set of headphones in order to make learning easier for them. Our old headphones have become damaged or nonfunctional with the sanitation efforts that come along with COVID-19.

Learning Through the Ears project will help further my students education by providing a distraction free environment with properly fitted headphones.

These headphones will provide them with the proper tools needed with an added bonus of allowing them the ability to concentrate more by eliminating some of the classroom auditory distractions. This seemingly small item would make a huge difference in the overall learning of my students.
