Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The laptop, camera, and other requested items will foster student engagement for auditory and visual learners which will help young children with letter recognition, expand their vocabulary, or even help them learn words in a different language. It will create a more engaged environment.

My goals for this project are to encourage my students to become more independent when learning about different types of technology, and to help encourage active participation in my classroom.

When students are assigned to small groups, the students who are more technologically advanced can assist their inexperienced peers.

What makes my students specials is that they are very eager to learn, and I want my students to have the best education that I can provide them. I want them to be Kindergarten ready in all aspects of learning.

Ms. Miller will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by August 31.
