My Project

My students spent the first year of elementary education with masks separated three to six feet apart. Now in first grade we come together as a classroom community able to interact with each other.

Working together as we play with STEM toys such as magnet tiles and a marble run help us with social skills and help us develop spatial intelligence.

Also, making necklaces with our letter beads creating our names and other new words we are learning encourage our excitement for reading.

Our classroom community will be enhanced with these educational and engaging activities. First graders love to learn and we are glad to be back.
