Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal is to provide activities that will engage, inspire, challenge, and excite both my students and their families. The materials requested open the door to a world of curiosity and creativity at a young age.

Exposing students to STEM materials provides the opportunity to build their own creative toys, games or world using their imagination.

These materials will create a positive culture in the classroom because students can work cooperatively. It's also a great opportunity to develop social-emotional skills and can help expand their vocabulary.

Four year old's are always asking why, and my students are very curious and love learning about the world around them!

The STEM kits and manipulatives will allow my students to get hands-on experience with how the world works and answer these questions for themselves!

These manipulative items will aid our students in learning important critical thinking skills through incorporating hands-on materials that complement our dynamic curriculum.
