Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 1st-5th grade students have daily journals this school year and have learned and grown so much while using them. These journals will help my students express themselves. My students will be able to practice math, writing, correcting sentences, and reading comprehension in a way that is diverse, just like them.

With these journals and the prompts and cues that are given, it will be easier for my students to find the words to show their thinking and express their thoughts.

This is a great tool to support my students needs and help them gain the confidence to eventually do this by themselves.

They love to LEARN and these journals will help them grow even more!
