Help me give my students the tools and skills they need to self-regulate, focus, and learn in the classroom with sensory tools, fidgets, and snacks to make it through the long day.

My Project

Our students come with a variety of disabilities and needs and each learn in different ways. Many students need social emotional skills to help self-regulate when learning is challenging or hard. Having appropriate social emotional learning curriculum to gain skills to help maintain focus and attention during academic learning that require them to sit and listen for long periods of time is so beneficial. Many students just need a short sensory break, use a sensory tool, and/or even a small snack to help them reset and get back to their learning. All these items will support with just that, and when things are made fun, students are more engaged and remain in the classroom to learn and improve on their academics.
