My Project

One of the most important reasons for integrating arts and crafts projects in our classroom is to make learning more meaningful and to make connections with concepts.

In our classroom, my students participate in biweekly arts and crafts projects that are connected to our weekly unit.

It helps them to visualize abstract concepts, making them more tangible and easier to understand. Another way art projects can facilitate learning for my students is that they provide a platform for self-expression and communication. My students can choose to follow structured steps to complete an art project or choose to create their artwork as they want to see it. Through art, I hope to continue creating a meaningful learning experience for my students that'll inspire and empower them!
