Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I am a 4th grade bilingual teacher. About 98% percent of our students receive free lunch. Most of my students come from different countries such as Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Honduras and Mexico. My students are hard working, energetic children whose main focus is learning. My students are enthusiastic about learning. They enjoy all subjects, especially science. Please help us integrate science games into our daily science lessons. I am asking for your kind help in providing my students with the science games that will provide a new learning experience as well as independent exploration. Please help us integrate Science into our curriculum. The "Can Do" game set will help my students practice different concepts they have learned in our science class such as planets, matter, the solar system, animals, human body and what my students enjoy the most: force and motion. The science comprehension animal cards will be used for research projects that will help them explore and enhance their language learning, science skills, and writing skills. The vocabulary ring set will help my students get the additional practice they need in mastering these concepts that are difficult to grasp without any visuals. The vocabulary ring set will be integrated with the "Can Do games" to acquire the best results for my children. These supplies would allow for independent learning and reading, as well as class instruction and skill reinforcement. Thank you so much for your help.
