It will help my students be able to not only learn as they should, but to also be noticed for doing there work and following directions. I would like to be able to reward them for doing good and having a positive attitude while doing there work. I feel after all my kids have been threw and the obstacles they have faced, this year as well as last year during the covid era. I feel my students are troopers and hero's themselves. My goal for this project is to teach my children that anything is possible with hard work and determination. I also want them to learn how to apply themselves and show respect to one another as a class. Also to follow directions and listen to their teachers. To show them that with hard work and determination there are benefit's that come along in learning. For my students to apply themselves in learning new things. I would like to show my students that when you listen and learn sometimes you can be rewarded for doing good and also understanding. There are many ways we would benefit using these stress balls, Rubik's cubes, fidget toys and other materials. They would learn how to stay focused learn how to be patient in learning and to span there horizons. My students I want to learn that they can rely on their teachers to ask question and not being scared. My students I feel are awesome and compassionate and willing to learn and make good choices. Overall my fifth grade students I feel they deserve whatever I can do to make their learning process better. My students have came a long way and I am so proud to be preparing them for the next grade level their about to embark on.
