My students are the most caring, unique, and energetic students you will meet. All of my students are diagnosed with different disabilities, and many of them are English Language Learners (ELL) as well. They come from low-income families and receive free school breakfast and lunch. Despite all this, they are filled with curiosity and are always eager to learn. The students in my class love to engage in fun activities, especially those that are hands-on.
My Project
My students are eager learners who need the essentials to make remote learning a success. Students are on their devices all day long, whether it is for education or leisure. I would like to provide my students with blue-light filter glasses to protect their eyes from all the screen time. The blue-light filter glasses will allow my students to stay focused longer. These glasses will keep their eyes from becoming dry and also keep them from getting headaches.
Many of my students share a room with their siblings, who are also learning remotely at the same time.
As a result, my students are almost always distracted. The headphones will allow my students to block out any background noise and focus better while they are learning. Additionally, with the attached microphone, it will help with students being able to speak clearly, and loud enough for everyone to hear, even when they mumble.
With these glasses and headphones, my students will not only be learning remotely like a boss, but will also become the boss of their remote learning.
