Learning of Jurassic Proprtions

Help me give my students inflatable dinosaurs, jungle decorations, and supplies to create a Jurassic Park room transformation for an engaging and rigorous learning experience.

My Project

I teach an amazing group of second graders. I absolutely love watching them celebrate their successes and cheer each other on as we learn and grow each day. They are eager to learn and love seeing their progress.

My students learn best when they are involved in learning experiences and they make the most progress when they are engaged in and excited about those experiences.

They love Jurassic Park so I plan to create a Jurassic Park room transformation. Our classroom will become a dinosaur-filled jungle. In this setting, students will participate in many rigorous reading, writing, and math tasks that will propel their learning forward while students are excited about that learning. With these materials, I will be able to create a rigorous environment in which student thrive and are excited to learn.
