My Students

My students are the sweetest, most caring kids I have ever met. They love to work together and help each other be successful inside and outside of the classroom. They are a very busy group of kids who love to learn and entertain. COVID-19 has impacted their learning by creating gaps that need to filled along with them learning new curriculum.

My Project

My students are missing key concepts in math to help them navigate through the higher level curriculum. I would love to work on fluency in multiplication, division, place value and subtraction with borrowing in centers. This way they are not only learning grade base lessons, but also gaining more knowledge on those important stepping stones to be more successful. The items I have picked will help me be able to run 4 different centers in my class during math. I will also be able to bring over some items and use them in centers for ELA as well.
