My Students

In our biased opinion, our students are the BEST! They love to learn, socialize, and explore! Whether they are at school or out in the community they are always learning new skills and reaching new goals.

With about 45 students total from 6 different classrooms, we have some pretty amazing and unique kiddos.

Our students, who work so hard each day to overcome different challenges, teach us so many things about life! We love watching as they learn a new way to communicate, acquire a new life skill, or make a new friend.

My Project

The funds that we are requesting will allow our students to explore the Children's Museum of Atlanta. While students can read and explore within their school, it is mostly limited to books and technology. This trip will give our students access to imaginative play, scientific exploration, world travel, and artistic discovery that is not possible in the classroom.

We believe that by having the opportunity to go to the Children's Museum of Atlanta, our students will get to use all of their senses to explore different exhibits that inspire creativity and learning.

We hope that this trip can encourage enthusiasm for learning in our students!
