Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are such a fun and lovable group. My students come from varying ethnic backgrounds.

My students light up my world and remind me daily why I chose to become an educator.

I truly appreciate each one of my students. They teach me just as much as I teach them. My students have a variety of learning styles that are as varied as they are. My classroom is very diverse; therefore, having a variety of ways to learn is essential.

My Project

These materials will allow me to make a difference in the quality of my lessons. With no face to face interaction, it is important that I provide my students with effective lessons, activities, and use materials that are reliable. With the monitor screen, I plan to extend my computer page to allow me more screen space and to be able to see my students with better resolution as well as have more desk space for the many manipulatives and items I use in my daily lessons. I also intend to purchase activities to supplement our learning and guided group time.

With this new normal, it is imperative that students still find the good and see the fun in school.
