My students need a teaching easel to enhance the learning process. While some of the students are using the board, I can assist others with the easel.

My Students

Imagine coming into school for the first time. You would want to see an environment that is warm and welcoming! You would want to see manipulatives and materials everywhere waiting for you to play with them. This is a kindergartener's dream come true.

The students that enter my room are ready to learn, but the resources we have available are limited.

The children that enter my classroom deal with challenges based on the low socioeconomic environments they come from. I do not want this to be the case for the children that I have. I want them to come to school and not have to deal with all that happens to them outside of school. From the first day until the last day, I want them to feel welcome and learn all they can!

My Project

Kindergarten is often the first time children enter a school. The teaching easel will make the classroom feel more inviting as there will be learning from all angles of the classroom.

The easel will enhance learning through daily writing, guided reading, and other fun activities.

The easel will also provide a space for me to store some of the items we use on a daily basis, such as big books, chart paper, learning materials, pocket charts, and a white board for extra writing!

Please help me raise the money to purchase this easel for my classroom. I want to make my classroom a place the children LOVE!
