Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are the group of students who lost a few years of in person learning due to Covid. This has caused many to lack empathy and compassion. This project will help my students to think of others besides themselves. We will be creating friendship bracelets, cards and paintings and give them to local hospitals and nursing homes.

Learning about realities outside of your own, helps you to understand that the world and those in it is much bigger than or limited exposure.
