My Project

At my school, we are working to shift the balance of our instruction to incorporate updated research on the science of reading and improving our best practices for teaching phonics to our primary students.

With this shift comes a need for some extra resources to be able to fully implement new approaches to our instruction.

All of these items will help me to better reach my students and to spruce up our learning space.

I have 20 students in an inclusion classroom with one co-teacher. Adding the letter tiles and magnetic boards to our classroom will be extremely helpful for all of our learners, especially our special education population. We will be able to use the tiles and boards both in whole class instruction as well as small group/ individual instruction to build phonics understanding.

We can't wait to dive in and get these resources in the hands of our little learners!
