Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All students deserve a welcoming, comfortable class environment. All students deserve materials that help them access the curriculum and increase their learning beyond. Big Joe bean bags will provide my students with a cozy calming reading corner to engage and enrich their reading. New markers, pencils, papers, and learning games provide my students with accelerated learning opportunities. Fidgets, magnetic blocks, and social emotional learning lessons will increase my students' social, emotional, and mental health. A printer will provide them with the ability to type and print books they will be publishing on their own as they graduate second grade as authors! I strive to make my classroom inviting and welcoming to all learners, these new materials will provide my students with the opportunity to feel safe and comfortable in their classroom!
