Help me give my students new play-to-learn experiences with robotic kits, STEM learning toys, kinetic sand and art supplies to challenge their learning.
My students are creative, energetic and full of so much potential! They absolutely love hands-on, active, team activities and challenges that allow them to think critically and find new solutions. They come to school each day ready to learn and take on new challenges. They greet me each morning with a smile and a positive attitude. Their energy and enthusiasm for learning is contagious.
They joyfully read books, solve mathematics problems, build structures, draw pictures and pretend play with their classmates.
They are always ready to grow academically, socially and personally, taking on new challenges in a fun, teamwork environment. They are learning new skills to work with one another, show kindness and take risks. They are a group of awesome, sweet kindergartners.
My Project
Having these materials in the classroom will help kindergarten students develop their problem solving, artistic, engineering and social skills. An essential part of kindergarten is learning to problem solve, share and cooperate. In play-to-learn time, kids are given the opportunity to independently explore their curiosities and learn new skills.
The STEM and building activities, art supplies and dramatic play items will help me be able to create a diverse learning experience for all students.
By funding these materials, kids will develop new STEM skills, become more creative and build teamwork and social skills. They love to be creative and learn together!
