This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am the proud teacher of twenty-five amazing second graders. Second-grade students are curious, energetic, and filled with love of discovery. They are passionate about life and the world as well.

My students are creative, thoughtful, and full of inquiries!

They absolutely love to learn, are active, love to think outside the box to find solutions, and build appreciation of the world that they live in!

I hope you can support this project and help my students build their technology skills.

My Project

Botely the robot is a set of pieces that will engage students is a variety of coding activities that they will create on their own or in small groups. These sets will allow student to explore and expand their knowledge of coding without the stress despite the challenging aspect of the process.

The fact that it appears to be a simple game, will eliminate the fear of failure and entice students to work in teams and help them develop teamwork skills, communication skills , seeking solutions, and collaboratively achieve a common goal.

I hope you can support this project and give my students this opportunity to build their STEAM knowledge.
