This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Reading can open up many doors to cultures and places we didn't know existed. Reading can also be a mirror in which we can take a deeper look into our own world and experiences. Please help me give my students their own monthly copy of a Scholastic Magazine where they will learn about current events in our country and around the world, all while practicing their reading skills.
These Scholastic News Magazines also come with a virtual component, in which students can watch videos and complete engaging activities after they read.
