Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As our society advances I believe my students should have an opportunity to at least experience working with educational electronics. This gives them the chance to realize computers can be used for more than social media even before they are introduced to the multitude of social platforms. Our students are learning much more at a much earlier age and this project will assist in getting them ready for electronics in an academic setting. There is a wealth of knowledge to be obtained with the right direction from a teaching professional.

LeapFrog offers only learning activities that I know and trust will encourage my students love for learning to grow.

LeapFrog LeapPad Is an all educational learning tablet that will help reinforce my students alphabet and number knowledge, while only being able to interact with learning activities. My students are at different stages and knowing that LeapFrog offers multiple levels of learning I believe that each of my students will be able to gain more confidence in themselves as they master their alphabet and number recognition. I love the eagerness that each of my students have for learning and watching their faces light up when they accomplish a new goal.
