My Students

I am very blessed to be able to work with a fantastic group of children. I teach in a rural preschool program that is surrounded by lots of farm land. We work hard every day in our classroom to learn new and exciting things. They come to school every day to do their "braves best."

We come to school every day eager to learn new knowledge through hands-on experiences and through play.

My students love learning new things and they love to ask lots of questions about new things.

I am very excited to see what a new school year will hold for my students. I can't wait to see all the knowledge they will gain and their love for learning.

My Project

Preschool children learn through interactive play and materials that allow them to manipulate and learn through hands on experiences. I get the privilege of teaching the schools first students. Some preschool children come to school not knowing the alphabet. They need materials that will help them learn the alphabet using hands on manipulatives.

Having alphabet materials in the classroom that children can learn from with help them grow their knowledge of the alphabet.

Once children have the foundations of the alphabet they can start to write their name, begin learning letter sounds, and even start learning to read. Learning the alphabet the the foundation that is needed to be life long learners.
