Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The purpose of this project is to create and establish a small classroom library with an assortment of books from classic novels to current short stories. Many of my students often ask me for books to read while they're in class, our current selection is limited to books my own children previously owned. Each of the selected text provides an opportunity for my students to read once they are done working. With the gap in literacy that our students are currently facing I am hoping that you can help me reignite their passion for reading.
