My Project

We all need encouragement from time to time. The pressure that middle school girls face in the 21st century is outrageous. As educators and mentors, we strongly desire to embrace these young girls and remind them they are brilliant, beautiful, and extremely talented. They are capable of being leaders in this vast society. The world is waiting for them to bloom.

Our goal is to use these items, such as journals and gel pens, to encourage girls to believe in themselves, to reflect on their life experiences by journaling, reading books that encourage them to be impactful and inspiring leaders, introducing them to STEM technologies and celebrating their accomplishments throughout the school year.

The purpose of the Leading Ladies at our school is to empower 8th grade girls to become impactful leaders who inspire others to walk in their purpose.
