Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are fortunate enough to have a laser engraver to use in our classroom, but we need blank wooden supplies to engrave. The most popular items students want to engrave are keychains to hang on their backpacks and ID lanyards.

Please help me bring my students' creative designs to life with blank wooden keychains in different shapes to laser engrave.

Students are able to create their designs digitally with words and/or pictures on their phones or computers and wirelessly send the files to the laser engraver using Bluetooth. Students have learned how to use the engraver safely on their own and have caught on to the new technology quickly. Students enjoy combining art and technology to make something special and unique for themselves or as a gift!

With 400 keychains being requested, this will allow 400 students to be able to learn how to digitally design and laser print their creations. Thank you for your help!
