My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them.
My desire is to give the students access to technology they may not have at home to work on skills which are selected for their individual differentiated instruction.
My amazing school is a Title I school, with over 400 highly motivated children in grades Pre-K-5. They come from various backgrounds, races, religions, and social-economic classes. My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences to ensure that every minute of the day engages students.
The chromebooks you provide will give the students the ability to work on their personal instructional level providing them with the confidence needed to be life long learners
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
During center time, I will be working with small groups without interruption. That’s a lot of fun. That’s a lot of learning. That’s a lot of love and attention! Through providing this technology to my classroom, I will be able to provide additional interventions to students who are behind and/or struggling academically to be prepared for third grade.
