Help me give my students a laptop to use during during small group instruction and a class set of headphones.

The students that I serve are in kindergarten to fifth grade.
The school I work in is in a low socioeconomic area of Miami, Florida.
We are a Title I school, and 90% of the students receive free or reduced-price lunch. The vast majority of the students I serve do not have access to computers at home to have access to the resources provided to them from the school district.
The biggest obstacle I have to deal with on a daily basis is the language barrier. Most of the students do not speak any English, and every year I aim to ensure that they are reading at their grade level by the end of the year. As a educator, my daily routine is to do push into small centers in k-5 grade classrooms.
Education is moving towards becoming a paperless environment. Most of the supplemental resources, data analysis, and exams are all on a computer. One of the challenges I face is the lack of funds provided to teachers for materials such as headphones and a take-home laptop to research and find appropriate resources to close the learning gap.
With a laptop, I will be able to integrate additional resources into classrooms.
The headphones are a must to allow students to focus and hear the directions given to them on the computer.
The materials I wish for will make learning fun and help close the language barrier gap. As a educator, I have access to a limited number of computers when coming into classes. The resources I am requesting will support me in the Teacher-Led Center when I go into classes to assist with the small group.
Having technology at the palm of my hand will allow me to have interactive lessons that are aligned to our curriculum and give the students an opportunity to learn. The purpose of the headphones is to assist the students in the computer lab when I have to tutor them. Our school has budget constraints, and it is not able to provide headphones for kids.
