My Students

Teaching kindergarten I am grateful for the opportunity to work with students who love to learn and are excited to do it! My students are dedicated, hard-working and love hands-on learning opportunities. Their enthusiasm for learning new things and pushing themselves to the next level is truly heart-warming and inspiring to me.

My Project

COVID-19 has definitely affected some of my students and their families worse than others, leaving those students struggling while others continue to excel. Choosing to focus my efforts on developing strong literacy skills in my students will help secure a solid foundation they can continue to build on, increasing their potential for academic success.

Center activities for multiple levels of kindergarten students, such as those in my project, are perfect ways for me to meet each of my student's varying academic needs in an engaging way while continuing to encourage growth no matter where they're at.
