Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These items will help in a multitude of areas. Teachers, staff, and students will benefit from having access to a laminator. I will house it in my classroom but I will encourage other teachers and staff to use it.

Students will be able to have art projects, special work, and artifacts that they are proud of preserved.

Teachers will have curriculum type papers, visual aids, posters, and charts laminated to be able to use repeatedly. This will be beneficial to not only myself, but to other staff members as well. Parents will also benefit from their children coming home with work saved in a way that will last and can be stored for future enjoyment.

The students at our elementary school, here in Montana are hard working, enthusiastic, and unique. The families in this community don't always have the opportunity to have the same resources that other communities have. Also, teachers spend so much time outside the classroom creating tools to engage and enrich the learning of their students. Laminating these resources will drastically save time in the future so learning materials can be used repeatedly.
