We have computers in our classroom but we do not have headphones. This makes using the computers less than effective. My students play educational games and do reading activities. They would benefit greatly from hearing the games they are interacting with. We have a quiet and calm classroom, however, 6 and 7 year olds can be loud, especially when you have a classroom full of them. My students like using a set of noise canceling headphones that I have for a special needs student. I would like to give more students in my class the opportunity to silence their working environment when it becomes too noisy for their comfort level.
