Help me give my students the opportunity to study and collect beetle, butterflies and grasshoppers with apprpiate insect collecting equipment.

My Project

My Indigenous students are very inquisitive and benefit from hands-on experiences. This year we will be focusing on the study of the insects in our community.

Help yong Lakota entomologists to learn more about the wabluska (insects) surrounding them.

Many of the Lakota wabluska have traditional, cultural importance. My young Lakotas will learn entomology from both a cultural and a scientific perspective.

Your generous donations will help buy butterfly nets, insect pins, display cases and other insect collecting equipment which will make my students' goal of producing high quality iprofessional looking nsect collects more attainable.
