My Project

Using tracing paper to study marine animals before dissection, allows students to develop a clear understanding of the intricate anatomy they will encounter. Before each lab, they must have a tracing done of the external and internal view of each marine animal. This preparatory step helps them identify key structures, such as organs and muscle groups, in a non-invasive manner. Furthermore, by tracing the outlines and internal parts, ensures they are better prepared and more confident when they proceed to the actual dissection. This method promotes a deeper comprehension of marine biology, making the dissection process more meaningful and educational. The pencils and markers make their tracings better.

Using chalk markers to write on their desks for review, transforms the learning environment into an interactive and creative space.

This hands-on activity engages students by allowing them to physically interact with the material, making review sessions more dynamic and enjoyable. Plus, the novelty of writing on their desks breaks the monotony of traditional paper-based tasks, sparking enthusiasm and participation.
