My Project

My students are such a capable group of students who want to learn how to be great members of their families as well as the community in which they reside. I would like my students to develop a deeper level of compassion for those in our community. We will discuss what they know and understand about the police and fire departments and then do research and presentations about what we have learned.

Students will feel proud when they are able to use a Kitchen Aid while working together to make and share their items with members of our community.

The students will be working in small groups to learn how to use the attachments on the Kitchen Aid to make bread, cakes and a variety of other items.

The chart paper will be used by the small groups to share their recipes and learning process. Having the tools necessary to make learning and teaching a fun experience, increases the joy of the students within the classroom. Happy students helps to build a thriving community.
