My Students
My students are always willing to work hard and try new things. They like to play games and do activities to enhance their understanding of a new concept.
Some of them don't get the necessary support from home, so giving them all the support I can at school will help them to grow in their learning!
Our school is a Title I school where 90% of our student body receives free or reduced lunch. Every child deserves a chance to get a great education!
My Project
My students love anything that deals with technology! Having these Kindles to help them continue growing in all subjects areas of school, will help them to understand the topics a little better and get them to love learning.
We will use these Kindles to help us prepare for state testing, reading and math growth, research projects and group work.
Having this class set will enable us to use the technology at anytime during the day and it will allow them to take initiative and responsibility of their work. Some of the programs we will be using on the Kindles are; RAZ Kids (reading enhancement), Compass Learning (state testing preparation), Prodigy/XtraMath (math enhancement) and social studies/science research.
