Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These pots and seeds will give every kindergartener in our school the chance to plant and take care of their own plant. When students get to learn thrpugh hands on experience they are more engaged and learning comes alive. In Kimdergarten we teach students all about the plant cycle, plant parts and the many ways seeds are dispersed on earth.

This year we would love students to be more hands on and experience the joy of planting and growing.

Teaching kids about the Earth, nature and how we can make an impact on this planet needs to start young and kinder is the perfect age to instill a love of nature.
