My students are energetic, curious, loving, creative and eager learners! They crave knowledge, technology and hands on experiences. The student population consists of 41% English language learners and 57% of students from low-income families. Our school has about five hundred students from kindergarten through second grade.
My students are little sponges soaking up information every day and hands on materials along with technology is exactly what they need to keep their passion for learning ignited!

My Project
A Botley™ coding robot is something that my students can work with and build over and over. My students love coding and are really good at it! The Botley robot will allow them to use their coding skills and bring it to life! They crave the chance to use the computers to show me their coding skills! With a Botley robot they won't need a computer to show me their skills! They can work together in small groups and show off their coding skills!
Having a robot that can bring their coding skills to life will engage my students and bring out their creativity, excitement, and passion for learning!
This robot will help build their skills that they can use in the future! My students crave technology so I am excited to help them become the learners they desire to be!
