Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My kindergarten classroom is full of students who want to continue their learning journey by completing science experiments, learning about how things grow and change and how to create things. Many of these STEM materials will be used with my students on a light table to enhance science experiments. From magna-tiles to a magnetic marble run to a magna-tile race car set, these will all be used to help foster that creative thinking skill that is so important in STEM education.

STEM Education is education!

I want to help create that bridge in the STEM world to the little thinkers and learners. All of these materials will help create that bridge. Peg boards to foster that creativity, seasonal and weather supplies to foster that future meteorologist and magna-tiles to foster that future carpenter. The options could be endless, when the education starts from the beginning.
