My Project

Being an ELA teacher allows me to help unlock the imagination and wonder within my 6th grade students throughout narratives, words and stories. Books and stories help transport, transform and transfigure the mind.

Students are more engaged when reading about things and topics that interest them.

That is why "Kin's Library" will help revolutionize the experience of a library because it's tailored to ELA module genres and personal likes.

Genres such as fantasy, a hero's journey, anime, science fiction, historical fiction and mysteries will line the shelves to be read.

Ms. Kin Mildred Osborne Charter School Grades 6-8

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.
