My Students
We have all diversities of life including diversity in race and economic status. They are all great students who love to be active and play hard. These gymnastic mats will make a difference in my students by developing core strength and flexibility.
My PE students will love to learn new stunts, exercises, and tumbling maneuver.
Exercise creates natural endorphins and confidence. My students will be able to build upon these characteristics, techniques and flexibility for a lifetime.

My Project
I would like gymnastic mats so that I can to introduce yoga, with a focus on flexibility, developing inner peace and tranquility. Studies show that mindfulness and meditation in schools create less stressed students who are less likely to have behavior and attendance issues.
These mats will help with the overall growth development of our spectacular students.
The gymnastics mats will provide a place for students to work on improving balance, motor skills, flexibility, and muscle development.
I will also be able to use them for fitness challenges, stunting and Sport-A-Ramas. They will be an incredible addition to our physical education program here at my middle school.
