Kidney Table For Earth Day

My Project

My students are so special because they come to school eager to learn each day. Unfortunately, right now, we only have a small table at the back of the room that doesn't provide an optimal space for small-group collaboration and learning! This kidney table will make such a difference in our learning for all subject areas because we can all sit comfortably and have enough room to work independently and with others!

A kidney table will help me gather students with similar needs and goals and allow me to give them group instruction on Earth Day.

After collecting nature items, we will be able to make Nature Wreaths. We will also make Earth Day quilts based on how to keep the earth clean.

I will be able to meet students in small groups at the kidney table. The children will benefit from the independent learning.
