Keeping Up With COVID

Help me give my students an extra laptop for the class to keep learning for everyone manageable.

My Students

I work in a Title I school district, which means that the majority of my students come from poor economic backgrounds. I believe school should be their escape. It should be fun and a place where they learn that anything is possible.

It is my goal to expose my students to the generosity of the world.

I have had smaller projects funded through this site. My students were in awe knowing that complete strangers cared about them and their success. My hope is that they will pay your generosity forward in the future.

My Project

We could use an extra high-speed mac laptop device in the classroom to host half of the class on Zoom school while the remainder of the class attended face to face learning. With managing both groups simultaneously, the teacher's laptop gets overwhelmed and bogged down. We could really use a new laptop to help keep all the academic balls in the air. If we have this extra device we could host the Zoom students in one part of the room and place the teacher in another part of the room.
