This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarteners love to write and learn. These pencil sharpeners would be perfect for my students as they could sharpen their own pencils safely. I would love to give my students colored pencils to use in class, and these new pencils that are bright and fun. The sharpeners would make it easy for them to use to keep their pencils and colored pencils sharpened. The students would just stick the pencil in and the sharpener does the rest. It pulls it in automatically, sharpens it and releases it. This would be a perfect addition to our classroom as my students could be responsible and keep their supplies sharpened.
